The Women's Revitalizing Mini-Retreat @ Remai Modern Art Gallery

was the inaugural event of my company Artfully Designed Wellness.

I had the pleasure of leading some pretty amazing women through a weekend

filled with rejuvenating activities that allowed us to connect more deeply both

to ourselves and other attendees as well as to our inner guidance and voice.

We kicked off the event with Evening Mixer @ SHIFT at Remai on Saturday,

where we took time to relax and mingle as we sipped a beverage and enjoyed a delectable appetizer.

​

On Sunday, we returned to the Remai and indulged in a recharging day of 'Me-Time'. 

​

We began with an all-levels rejuvenating, rooftop yoga class led by One Yoga Saskatoon overlooking the South Saskatchewan River, enjoyed a delicious wellness brunch, continued with mindfulness & meditation exercises, and finished with an empowering vision boarding afternoon completing the perfect day designed with us in mind.

​

So grateful to have had time with these beautiful women during the weekend! I especially appreciated these lovely souls for allowing me to be their guide, for showing up so authentically for themselves and others, and for supporting this first event! And the sunshiney day was such a perfect way to say farewell to summer.☀️ #fullheart #thankyou
